In some cases the ShapeArray (SAA) is not fully installed into a borehole. In these cases, it is possible to turn off segments and ignore them in the data viewer.

1. Data collected using SAARecorder

To turn off segments in SAARecorder, select 'SAA Setup | Advanced | Turn on / off section of SAA' section or 'File | Export Raw Data to a Text File'. This will provide a text box where the segment numbers to be turned off can be entered.

2. Data collected using a Data Logger

In order to turn off segments for data collected using a Data Logger, SAACR_raw2data ('Configure Conversion Settings' section) must be used.
